It is so incredibly important to feed your hair the same nourishing products you would feed your body. It gives me peace of mind knowing exactly what is in the products that I use. When choosing hair care products, there are always things I look for including if the products are free of sulfates, dyes and parabens and if they can be used on color-treated hair!

The Sephora Spring Sale event has started and I wanted to share in more detail what I bought and what I already have and use on a daily basis. For those of you who don't know, I have very dry skin and have always used great skincare products to combat the problem. After applying a moisturizer, if my skin still feels tight or majorly greasy, I know it's not for me.
